Produced internal video and podcast content for Google's People Operations globally, reaching an audience of 250,000+ employees and contractors. Managed multi-format productions with budgets exceeding $500k — from concept and scripting to delivery — while improving employee engagement with people development topics.
Established communications and media strategy for a London-based full-fibre infrastructure company from the ground up. Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership, I built PR operations, worked cross-functionally across marketing, customer success and product, and developed editorial narratives around Vorboss's disruptive approach to speed and social value — including the company's industry-leading proportion of women in technician and engineering roles, and its in-house academy that trains people with no previous telecoms experience. Increased social reach by 35% and significantly raised the company's profile with national and trade press, and key stakeholders.
